Why We Do It

Getting fit, with people like you, who prefer to train outdoors, rather than being in a gym, is a really fun way to achieve the fitness levels you set - and achieve - with the help and encouragement of both your personal trainer and your fellow members.

Rain, Hail or Shine

Regardless of the weather, our sessions are on. Part of the beauty of training outdoors is to embrace the weather and turn up to your classes regardless of what nature has in store for the day. There are undercover areas if the rain is really heavy and an abundance of trees if things get quite hot.

We Work As A Team

Training with other people is a great way to keep you motivated, challenge yourself and meet locals from your own community. You will be personally trained throughout the session by our accredited trainers but also be helped (and pushed) by your teammates.

Keep The Body Guessing

Not only do we offer quite a variety of session types, but every class is different from the last. Regardless of how fit you are, our trainers will always keep you challenged; and with a huge arsenal of equipment and training techniques, you’ll never get bored.
